Terms & Conditions

1. Services Provided StratifyCo offers strategic consulting services aimed at empowering businesses to achieve growth, optimize operations, and develop innovative solutions. Our services are outlined in specific proposals or agreements entered into with clients. We also develop and offer various product solutions, access to which may be subject to separate terms.

2. Client Responsibilities Clients agree to provide timely and accurate information necessary for StratifyCo to perform its services. Clients are responsible for decisions made based on our recommendations and for implementing those recommendations.

3. Fees and Payment Fees for StratifyCo's consulting services will be as outlined in the mutually agreed-upon service proposal or contract. Payment terms, including invoicing schedule and due dates, will be specified therein. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added as required by law.

4. Confidentiality Both StratifyCo and the Client agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and confidential information disclosed during the engagement. This obligation will survive the termination of services.

5. Intellectual Property Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement, StratifyCo retains all intellectual property rights to its methodologies, tools, and any general frameworks developed prior to or independently of the client engagement. Clients will typically gain the right to use specific deliverables created for them during the engagement for their internal business purposes. Any intellectual property related to StratifyCo's independent product ventures remains solely with StratifyCo.

6. Limitation of Liability StratifyCo provides services with reasonable care and skill. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Our liability for any claims arising from our services shall be limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific services in question. StratifyCo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

7. Termination Either party may terminate a service agreement by providing written notice as specified in the individual contract or proposal. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

9. Changes to Terms StratifyCo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
